As Director of Product Marketing at DHARMA, I led the end-to-end development and launch of the first-ever official Emily in Paris travel experiences — a pioneering collaboration between Netflix and GetYourGuide – under the brand Paris by Emily.
Spanning seven immersive offerings in Paris, I conducted customer and market research to shape experience concepts aligned with fan demand and traveler behavior. I led the full product development process, from ideation and scripting to the design of branded items and coordination with local partners.
I developed and executed the go-to-market strategy, ensuring a seamless, high-conversion rollout across global channels and partner platforms. I also implemented quality assurance protocols to guarantee that every experience met Netflix’s brand standards and delivered premium, emotionally resonant customer journeys.
